Walking your dog should be an enjoyable experience for both you and your dog! One important step is to make sure you have the right equipment. Make sure you have a proper fitting collar or harness.
Most dogs thrive on positive reinforcement! If your dog starts pulling, stop immediately. Wait for your dog to return to your side then reward them with a treat or praise. Remember you are supposed to be walking the dog, not the other way around!!
